Vendors selling DVD cases in quanties of 1 ?

I'm sure this is an FAQ, but I've searched the web and looked around these forums, and still can't find a proper vendor. I am looking for somebody who will sell me 1) crystal clear double DVD 14mm cases (disks at front and back), 2) crystal clear triple DVD 14mm cases (front and back, with #3 preferably on a swing arm), and 3) Scanavo 22mm double DVD cases in black, all in quantities of <=5, preferably just one. Any suggestions?

If I had the storage space, I'd consider getting into the business myself, to spite the idiots who refuse to realize there's a market here... :(
