I love the show & I'll certainly be happy to watch more, but my first instinct was to be kind of bummed by this news. I thought the Seinfeld arc & that final scene were a really nice end for the series.

Why not?
If Dennis Miller has people who are willing to listen to him on the radio, Larry David should certainly keep making more seasons of Curb.

Re: 8th Season Working Theme: "Neurosis Never Sleeps"
It's pretty amazing that they're working on an 8th season already. Seinfeld ran 9 season, of which Larry contributed to the first 7 + the series finale. I find I enjoy Curb even moreso with repeated viewings are there is delivery and non-verbal nuances that were missed on earlier viewings. I love how Larry always seems to get pounded in the end, with a few triumphs along the way.

Update from Garlin's show tonight at the Wilbur Theatre. When asked about when the show may come back, he said that nothing is set in stone, but that Larry David has ideas, and if it does go ahead, they would be likely to shoot it in the summertime, airdate unknown.
Garlin was great live too. The crowd was pretty annoying, and he had no problem calling out a few of them and cutting them down.

I remember seeing Garlin and a few others from Curb at Mohegan Sun a few years back, and he bombed big time on stage. More then once he would forget where he was going with his material, which resulted in long periods of silence, and he had a nervous laugh the entire time. Good to hear he has improved. Richard Lewis just killed it though.
