Okay, here's the situation. I'm playing on hard with Vita-Chambers turned off and I'm saving all of the Little Sisters.

I'm in Ryan's Amusements with a save right after I picked up that levels plasmid. I'm broke with two med kits and 2 EVE hypos.

I don't want to ruin the surprise for anyone.

Hit her with arctic blast if you have it. Then drill the shit out of her. You can try electric bolt but I don't think it works as well as the frost. This should be merged with the Official Bioshock thread.

Thanks, but no Arctic Blast, yet. I just dropped my difficulty down, I'll try for the Hard achievement later.

You should just do normal or even easy for the brass balls achivement. I did normal, and that was tough enough.
