I would guess it's about 20 yrs old. A single mother buys or is left a large house in the country and starts a home-based business bottling/canning fruit (peaches?). Her little business takes off and she is approached by a corporation wishing to purchase it for mega-bucks. As she is sitting at the conference table, her foot makes a nervous tapping noise just as they offer her a huge amount of money.

I was thinking of this movie just after watching an episode of "Shark Tank" on TV.
