As much as I like episodes when the three families have their own storylines, I like the show better when they interact with each other.
I'm so glad they got a 2nd season. Woohoo!

another great episode! the dog butler was awesome! the look on glorias face when she thought he was talkin about the dog at the pool and then seeing jay holdin the dogs hand at the altar was priceless!
so who can get me a screencap from when they showed gloria in what looked like her pajamas during the whole dog butler scene in the beginning of the episode?? lol

That last scene with the dad and son on the porch and the son asks "Was she hot?" - was serisously one of the funniest and most clever bit of writing I have seen in a long time!!!

Might have been an 'inside joke' to get something past the censors, but did anyone notice in the scene with Ed O'Neill initially fixing the dog butler (inside the house), it almost looked like O'Neill was in a 'ahem' 'position' near the dog.
It looked like it was set up purposely ... around the 7:20 mark (sans commercials).

Yeah, that position was on purpose. (With Diablo's big tail through his legs!) Along with his holding his hand, professing his love (for Gloria), and the last scene at the altar- funny stuff!

Heh, I had a 6 ft tall Will smith promo standee for I am Legend, and had it in the living room and it scared the crap out of my wife everytime she went in there, it didn't last as long as the dog butler.
