anyone have corporate Best Buy e-mails?
I've had an awful time with a Bestbuy.com order (my next call will be #10) and no one wants to help me.
I'd love to shoot some emails to the "higher-ups."
Any help?

im not sure if this is the best way to go, but one option is to shoot emails to customer service. the couple of time i have, i had one customer service rep actually call me and assist fixing my issue.
another option may be that bestbuy forum somewhere on the internet.
but its bestbuy, so good luck

Best Buy? Never heard of it. I have heard of "We'll come up to you every 5 minutes to ask if you need help or try to sell you something" Buy.

mulderxcoltrane, I would go to this link and try emailing Customer Service.

I had trouble with one of their B&M stores and a CS Representative was able to get back to me within a week. Seemed a long time to wait, but she was very helpful in fixing my specific problem.
