Definitely a film with detractors, but I'm more on Michael's side.
A solid recommendation, and well worth seeing. And a very nicely done review.

I think Terminator Salvation is the Alien 3 of the franchise - you either love it or hate it. I fall in the latter category.

His review really has me intrigued. I'm probably the only person who can't stand the original, but loves the T2. I agree T3 was crap, despite the incredibly awesome crane chase, set piece.

I enjoyed it. I just don't know what people are expecting from movies these days. If this was the worse movie they've seen this year, then they haven't been watching enough movies.
