Robert B. Parker - Western's Question?

To start, I thoroughly enjoyed reading the Cole/Hitch trilogy from Parker (Appaloosa, Resolution, Brimstone). The only one that I own is Brimstone, and I've been having some trouble finding Resolution and Appaloosa in HC without it being 'Large Print'. Does anyone know if these were released in standard print hardback at all?

All of Parkers books are released in regular hardcover. I would think there'd be tons of copies out there -- Putnam prints tens of thousands of them.
