Jeez guys, give the OP a break. He doesn't set policy. I'm actually grateful someone is posting up Newbury Comics deals (good or bad) since I'm not a Twitter/Facebook user, nor am I any longer on their email distribution - since they stopped issuing coupons and other rewards.

I agree with MrSmearkase after last weeks B1G1 deal this is really Ho Hum!

But ..I am surprised we are seeing any kind of deal, last week a cashier told me he didn't think there would be any big sale (he was kinda right....) with the reason being that they can't really compete with the bigger chains and all the sales they offer.

Still this pales big time compared with some of the other deals found online and my budget is really exhausted thanks to B&N ,Big Lots,DD,Secondspin....

Same here. My comment was based on my disappointment in the "sale". I actually can't see how it could be taken any other way.
