Joseph Gordon-Levitt's monologue is supposed to be really good, we'll see how that turns out. Also, DMB rarely disappoints live.

I suppose that depends entirely on whether or not you believe the Dave Matthews Band to be good. I, personally, cannot stand them. So, for me, "rarely" is a term that does not apply, as "always" would be the more accurate description.
That having been said, here's hoping Joseph Gordon-Levitt is a better host than January "What camera?" Jones.

JGL has done some great acting in movies. And he is best remembered for "3rd Rock from the Sun" so I expect him to be very good hosting.

Yeah, I remember when they did Too Much around 95-97? That was a great SNL performance.
Sweet, they better do a Derek Jeter's Taco Hole bit or something related to it; that bit spawned a great running joke with Trump's House of Wings and Al Sharprton's Sushi Hut. "If you pass Derek Jeter's Taco Hole, you've gone too far"

I like Levitt as an actor. I can see him getting an Oscar nod at some point in his career. It doesn't guarantee he'll be a good SNL host, but I'm willing to give him a chance.

So far, so bad. The dancing/singing monologue was pretty painful. And yet another retro skit (the game show). Just terrible.

The Reba song was funny and the Mellow Skit had its moments. The high foot bit caught me off guard and I laughed a bit because it was awkward and funny. Dave playing Ozzy was pretty good if you ask me.

Sudekis was great in that last sketch. When he came out with his own boom box and made the reference that Genesis was back together, I almost lost it.
