It seems to me that there are not all that many choices out there for this. I just need a player that can provide the following:
1. DVD Playback
2. VCD Playback
3. CD Playback
4. Built in Dobly Digital Processing
5. Play CDR discs
6. Be inexpensive
I purchased a Sony 560 at Best Buy to evaluate and love it. But I will not keep it just on principle as it will not play CDRs. I doubt I will ever have a real reason to play a CDR. But I do not agree with Sony's conflict of interest on this matter. So I will go with another. The Pioneer DV-C302D DVD seems like it does OK. Just not sure as to the overall quality of it compared to the Sony 560. Thanks.
