So I ordered the latest Ipod Nano from Amazon, and about a month later it became defective{to no fault of my own of course, darn thing kept pausng itself}. Since Apple refused to fix it, I shot Amazon a email asking if they'd exchange it. Not 10 minutes later I get an email saying they're shipping a new one with one day shipping and gave me a label to send the old one back. Gotta love Amazon.

That's awesome. What is Apple's warranty period on the Nano? I would think that within 30 days it would be covered.

They actually offer a one year linited warrenty. They claimed that it was caused by "accidental damage and misuse", which I know is BS because I've been very careful with it and made sure nothing happened to it..

That's apple for you.
Glad you got a favorable result from Amazon. I too have had nothing but great results when dealing with Amazon customer service.

I never had a problem with their customer service either. I think the trick is not to overdue it.
