Just got the e-mail as well. My experiences have been mostly positive thus far--receiving the exact editions I've ordered, etc. One or two cases were in pretty bad condition but the discs have all played (the ones I've checked). Off to see what cheap deals they have this go-round.

Thanks for the heads up! I've bought many blu's from them through these sales. All were in perfect condition. Just placed an order for 7 more (total $52.xx). Not bad at all!!

Too much of a risk to order used online, I like to buy them in-person so I can inspect the merchandise beforehand. I guess, for Disney titles $5 shipped is quite a good deal, though...so maybe I'll give 'em a shot.

It says 20% off used movies on the movie page but 30% off the 3-2-1 promo page. Hopefully the 30% rings up in your cart.
Yes, it hurts to see the shipping charge for large orders, but when I can get classic/good cd's for about $1.75 & some decent flicks for $2.50 shipped, I won't complain about price (Their quality standards are another story). Hopefully, they can afford to keep their great prices (They spent about as much to ship as my total payment).

I placed a large order w/ them a few weeks ago during their last 30% sale (their bases prices are a huge savings over SS and Wherehouse) and among the pristine disks received one that was scratched and another that had been mistakenly shipped. A quick call on their 800 number resulted in an apology, a credit to my bank account for both, and my keeping both DVDs.

their sales vary terribly from store to store. i live within driving distance of three separate stores, and two of them still have the 'B1G$1' sale... while the other one in my exact town has 'B2G$1'

I placed an order last sale as well and all dvds were as ordered expect for one. They sent me the Full Frame Forgetting Sarah Marashall when I ordered the special edition version. They did credit my credit card, but I rather get the right version of the movie.
There are a few classic movies I spotted but I fear I will get the public domain versions. Granted I know they would must likely credit my account but I would rather get the right dvd I ordered as pictured rather. I sent them an e-mail asking how I could ensure to get the right copy, yet haven't heard back.

I've read that the sale ends 11/14 but I went to the website to finalize my order and the discounts are no longer applied. Shouldn't today be the last day?

The phrase "ends 11/14" is vague enough for it to mean through the 14th or that it ends when the calendar hits the 14th.
On the bright side, these sales have been running frequently (monthly?) of late. I think items stay in your cart for 90 days. So, if you're not in a hurry for items you found, they may be available a short time down the road.

Good thing I placed my order when I did. I didn't know the sale ended on the 14th and luckily placed mine on the 13th. Although, I almost held off until today so I could add a few things.
