House

Synopsis:

Spoiler:

Man...all I know is that Cuddy was looking delicious tonight!

"I call them Patty and Selma...because they are smoking."

Re: House -- "Known Unknowns" -- 11/09/09

This was a damn good episode mainly for the scenes with House, Wilson and Cuddy.

At House staring down Cuddy's blouse and looking at her ass.

Someone who has the ability needs to post an animated gif of Cuddy's cleavage. I have to admit that was pretty hot.

Bringing back Michael Weston (Lucas) as Cuddy's new boyfriend.

I loved the 80s party -- particularly the guy who dressed as John Cusack from Say Anything and spent the entire scene hoisting a boom box over his head.

And House could have said he was dressed as Amadeus, so he did get the right 80s.

Had they ever even hinted at the past relationship/one night stand with Cuddy before?

I know they have hinted that there was some sort of past in college.

Cuddy's scenes from the episode. Can't believe someone actually clipped them off

Loved this episode, usually I don't really like Huddy (especially last year which was awkward). But this was interesting to me. They covered a lot of ground here with Wilson issues with dying and oncology. Chase/Cameron and the Dibala aftermath and the POTW. Too bad House is insistent on retaining Thirteen as I enjoyed Foreman for the third straight week.

Decent episode, especially the stuff between House and Cuddy.

the costumes at the 80's party were well done: I found a Magnum PI, say anything guy, mr T, etc.. fast scene - but tons of detail to costumes.

I thought I'd watched every episode, and I don't remember any hint of a past between them.

It sort of surprised me, and I haven't decided if I think it's a cop out, or a brilliant retro-fit.

They mentioned this (mostly) in S1 and S2. Depending on where it goes, I think it could be a cop out as they've been dangling the House/Cuddy relationship storyline since S1 and they really focused on it last year (to the show's detriment, imo).

The producers must really be in love with the Lucas character. I know in the beginning they were briefly considering spinning him off into his own show. Now he returns in a way that doesn't *really* make much sense to me. I have nothing against the character, but this seemed a weird way to bring him back into the mix.

I agree, bringing him back as Cuddy's new boyfriend made zero sense to me. Even though they tried to explain it, it still came out of left field. I mean if I recall correctly, Michael Weston hasn't been on the show since season 4.

Dude, that is the first thing I thought of when he got called on his outfit. e-high five!

This episode was fine, but I feel like this season is losing me. The whole Dabala thing is a snore and this kindler gentler House? It's character growth, sure, but I think I prefer House in full asshole mode.

Or maybe a big part of my discontent is I miss the new-old team. I found them way more interesting than Chase and Cameron have been, and Foreman played better off of them too.

Really good episode. Hilarious that House drugged Wilson and took his pants.

For a moment, I thought that Cuddy had hired Lucas to be a fake boyfriend to throw off House. But then after the last scene of Lucas throwing the kid around, I suppose its not.

Re: House -- "Known Unknowns" -- 11/09/09

The House/Cuddy college thing was great to me, and I'm actually glad they addressed that more. Not a cop out to me since it was most definitely established. But then again I own all the seasons on DVD and have watched them a few times.

Lucas was a bit more of a stretch, but when he was there they certainly did show that he liked Cuddy so it wasn't too far out.

Nice. (Also Falco, sort of)

He could've claimed Dangerous Liaisons too! (It even works well with Cuddy that way)

So they still have Thirteen on the show!? I stopped watching it because of her. The producers ware making her out to be the best thing on TV (that's Cuddys job). When her and Foreman hooked up, that was it for me.

I like the rest of the cast and was hopeful about coming back to it some day.

She'll be back as I think the actress (Olivia Wilde) is taking some time off to film a remake of Tron. Unfortunately, with Cameron's impending departure, that means more time for her and her relationship with Foreman. That means Foreman can go back to being Boreman agian.

Uhhh, I assume you haven't been watching, but the last 4-5 episodes have been all about House and the original team (Chase, Foreman and Cameron)

The writers did that to please fans who were bitching constantly about the new team.
