I bought Lego Rock Band from this seller. They made no mention of the code being used in his post and when I inquire he says it's clearly mentioned in the title which it is not. As he keeps posting thread after thread he's deleted the content of his original post so who can tell. I fault myself for not explicitly checking but still pretty shady.
I see now that he changed his current wares to clearly state that.

I read that post yesterday (not just the title) and I remember it saying the code had been used. Hard to prove now that he removed the post.
