I liked her too. I thought she actually brought out alot of good in Hiro.

Charlie was a great character for her short arc in Season 1, but it seemed as though the writers ignored her and her influence on Hiro in subsequent seasons. For lack of a better comparison, I suppose you could compare her to Gwen Stacy, as she somewhat drives the hero towards a confrontation with the villian. The writers have instead turned Hiro into a bumbling mess, for shame.
Hopefully, the return of Charlie can serve as some sort of bookend to Hiro's place on the show, because if the show does last to another season, I'd like to see Hiro gone.

Wow! Hiro had a point there with Sylar's future.
If Hiro goes now, I will have more respect for him than I did before... but I doubt they'll get rid of him anytime soon.

The ep didn't get interesting until the last 5 minutes.

I had the opposite reaction. It might be the best Hiro episode of the entire run of the show...definitely for the past few seasons. I could nitpick the hell out of it, but I liked it anyway. The Rohm stuff was dead-air, but otherwise, I dug it up till the end. Instead of teasing at what the affereffects of Hiro's meddling was, it was just "gasp! Where's Charlie?" "It was all part of my mwah-hah-hah-nefarious scheme!"
I don't know if THE BIG REVEAL at the end is something Samuel should try to atone for. Wouldn't most Heroes viewers put him on their Christmas card lists for that?

Yeah, I rather enjoyed the setup they were building to about Charlie messing up the time-space continuum but because of the serialized nature of the show, that cliffhanger would work better. Perhaps Charlie being stuck in time doesn't affect what would have happened; it would be like she died of that aneurysm.

I just picture Charlie trapped in one of those flat pieces of glass, spinning through space like in Superman.
This episode was meh for me. They've run so out of ideas that they have to revisit earlier season plots and re-write them?
It was cool seeing Isaac and mini-Bilson again though. Was any of that stock footage, or did they really bring them back for such a small appearance?
