Re: What are you playing? (November 09)

Gamefly finally decided to send me out some games: NBA 2K10 and NBA Live 10

I like the idea of being able to play them both at the same time.

Borrowed NBA The Inside for PSP and quickly returned it. Piece of absolute garbage. Mini games were fun though.

For some reason I dipped back into Crackdown this weekend though I still can't beat anyone on the third island. Lots of goofing around fun though.

Re: What are you playing? (November 09)

Just finished a run through of Torchlight. May dabble in it more, as the mood strikes.

Still going through Batman: Arkham Asylum on the PS3. Taking my time, looking for the Riddler stuff.

In two days, Dragon Age: Origins will be my main concern.

And maybe Borderlands- I've been pretty blah about this one.

Re: What are you playing? (November 09)

Uncharted is getting most of my playtime. Borrowed R&C: ToD and Prince of Persia from a friend, and still haven't opened my 3 main BB games (Borderlands, FIFA 10, Batman: AA). One of these may be trade fodder for Dragon Age, but I don't think I need another story game right now. After Uncharted I will probably play R&C. Always playing Madden 10/NCAA 10/Top Spin 3 in doses to continue my franchise/legacy/career. Fun stuff.

Re: What are you playing? (November 09)

Started Ghostbusters over the weekend. I'm loving every minute of it. The atmosphere, characters and humor has been captured perfectly. The story is also pretty solid. As with all licensed games though, I have a feeling this one is pretty short, which is disappointing because I'm really digging it. I would love to see a sequel.

Overlord is keeping me busy as well. Fun game, but it's still no Pikmin. Tight corridors, and lack of any kind of map really takes away from the game.

Looking forward to this one tomorrow. I know most are just ripping, but I think I'll be keeping it for the kiddos.

Wrapping up Ratchet & Clank Future: A Crack In Time.

I'm always working on Demon's Souls, but I think Rainbow Six Vegas 2 is up next.

Re: What are you playing? (November 09)

Think I'm pretty much finished with everything I want to do in Batman, so it's on to Brutal Legend with some Splosion Man, Dirt and coop Halo: ODST sprinkled in between.

Next up I'll probably finally start Dead Space.

I highly recommend turning the in-game brightness all the way up. It helps a ton.

If I remember right, you have to save after you turn it up, or else it won't remember your new setting.

Re: What are you playing? (November 09)

Bowser's Inside Story, Borderlands, and -- starting tomorrow -- Dragon Age. I also need to loop back around and finish Prototype, finish up some odds and ends in Brutal Legend (I beat the main campaign, but want to locate all the extras), get back to a Boy and his Blob, actually crack open Ghostbusters and Overlord II, and play Metroid Prime 2 and 3.

Going to work on re-acquiring all of my achievements in Fallout 3. They magically disappeared It's good that I love the game so much.

That sounds like a lost cause. To many games, so little time.

I have a bunch of non-zero gamerscore games that I'd like to magically disappear. If you figure out how you made it disappear, you could be a hero to everyone with OCD.

I need to find someone who will pay me a six-figure income to sit around and play video games. Anyone? Anyone?

I figure I'll get caught up during the traditional spring drought. Although I will have added the sequels to Assassin's Creed, Bioshock, and Modern Warfare to my to-be-played list by then.

Well, I'm not 100% certain...
But about six or seven months ago, I was playing my 360 without an internet connection. At one point, I removed the HDD. Can't remember why. Anyway, after putting the HDD back in, and reconnecting the 360 to a network to see if there was any updates, I started playing a saved game of Fallout 3. I noticed my achievement score was reset when I got the next applicable achievement. That achievement was the only one listed, and that was something like 50 hours into the game.
