Californication -- "Glass Houses" -- 11/01/09

Californication

Synopsis:

Spoiler:

Karen visits L.A. with a plan to reunite her family and move back to New York City, which makes Hank happy but leaves Becca distraught over leaving her new best friend, Chelsea (Ellen Davis Woglom). Karen stops by Hank's university class and gets an eyeful of the young ladies he is "teaching." Charlie and Marcy once again make for strange bedfellows, but things hit a snag when his new client, Rick Springfield (as himself), appears to take an interest in Charlie's girl.

Karen meeting the girls that Hank is "teaching" sounds interesting.

This and Dexter are the only reasons why I "temporarily" subscribe to Showtime.

Kinda weak episode, but Karen looked pretty good.

The Runkles either bore me or gross me out with their subplots.

I enjoyed it more than last week's episode with Hank's aggravating old pal Zlos. There's a character I hope never returns.

Collini out...

Every time Kathleen Turner is on screen, my dick crawls backwards into my stomach. I'd rather tag team Oprah and Rosie O'Donnell.

Big deal. It's a chick in a bikini. Like everyone hasn't seen that a million times. Danica Patrick isn't really ugly so much as she is annoyingly overhyped. If she didn't make a living in a male dominated sport, she would have never gotten an iota of the media hype and fanboy love that she has.

Thankfully, I dont rate a womans attractiveness based on the number of men in her chosen proffession.

Is the main character in an open relationship? He's not really subtle about flaunting the women he's slept with in his girlfriends face.

Yeah, it is definitely an open relationship.

Last week's episode was one of the worst of the series, IMO, with Hank having his own Dom (from Entourage).
