Hot Fuzz: 3 Disc (R1)- Artwork needed.

I picked up the 3-Disc set shipped for $10 from Newbury Comics and the USPS saw fit to destroy the packaging.

The discs are in mint condition, so I'm just planning to put them in standard cases, currently three, single slim cases.

My problem is getting custom artwork for them, or at least a scan of the original slip sleeve.

Does anyone have solutions?

My suggestion is to take the cover art from the regular dvd cover, the 3 disc cover, and the wal-mart bonus art.

I've tried looking around for the covers for you, but I can't seem to find high res, but I'll continue searching.
