Man, I'd rather have Denver/Baltimore than Bears/Browns. :(

Oh well, Giants/Eagles, Vikes/Pack, and Phils/Yanks is enough sports in one day I suppose.

Like that's a surprise. The Yanks/Phils WS really worked out perfectly for FOX....forcing them to move Giants/Eagles to 1 and MIN/GB to the late slot. MIN/GB should provide a huge lead-in audience for WS Gm 4 (which should make it the highest rated WS game in some time).

Look at it again, I don't think they are laughing at the amount of coverage. ;)

I saw that too, but was confused. By 1995 NFC Championship, I've now figured out that he's saying "The NFC Championship Game played in 1995", rather than "The Game for the Champion of the NFC for the 1995 season". I didn't think Randy Cross was on FOX - it's Brennaman/Aikman. (I'm presuming Joe Buck is doing baseball - which I understand is still being played).

The format looks mighty familiar ;)

Thanks for creating the thread for me this week  It was a crazy week at work and other stuff.

There's two decent games at 1pm (Broncos/Ravens and Giants/Eagles) and one must see between Vikings/Packers).

All I have to say is that it better be on HD or I'll be extremely pissed.

I'll miss the Sunday night game.

What a guy that Tom Cable is. According to ESPN, two women have come forward and said that he hit them during their relationships. But Cable claims that he only hit one of them. -ohbfrank-

Two women, including his former wife and a recent girlfriend, say that Oakland Raiders coach Tom Cable has a history of violent behavior toward women.

In separate interviews with ESPN's "Outside the Lines", Sandy Cable and Marie Lutz say that Cable hit them during relationships dating back more than 20 years.

Who's that no-name for Philly?

Leonard Weaver, maybe the most underrated free agent signing of any team during the pre-season. There were a lot of Eagles fans that were very, very happy to see him signed, and that's why.

A FB just outran the entire Giants defensive backfield. Awesome. :)

Daryl
11-01-09, 01:23 PM
To say Derrick Mason is heated would be an understatement. His jersey almost got torn off by the DB, no call ,so he gets penalized for throwing his helmet. Kind of bullshit because he was off the field. Portis didn't get penalized last week for firing his helmet into the bench.
