This is just the existing Blu-ray releases of Batman Begins, The Dark Knight and the animated Gotham Knight all in a single box.

Box art has yet to be revealed.

That's stupid. Gotham Knight was terrible and most people already own these on Blu-ray anyway. That is, those that want them right now. Eventually more will buy the individual Nolan films but this release sounds completely unnecessary.

This is only around to make it an easy sale for new/potential Blu-ray owners. Yawn.

Yeah, as the link says it's most likely a Christmas season cash-in.

I've yet to upgrade many of my DVDs to Blu-ray, but if the price is right then I'm on board. So yeah, sounds good to me.

Gotham knight did have one very big positive Kevin Conroy as batman once againThat's stupid. Gotham Knight was terrible and most people already own these on Blu-ray anyway. That is, those that want them right now. Eventually more will buy the individual Nolan films but this release sounds completely unnecessary.

I don't own Batman Begins or Gotham Knight on Blu-ray yet so I might consider picking this up if the price is right.

Just a reminder, that this was indeed released today. Saw it for $49.99 (canadian price) at HMV.

It is exactly what has been described - the three releases packaged in a boxset case. Not just a slipcover, since there's an interior cover inside so you can't see the spines of the three cases.
