Anybody heard about this? T2 has already been released twice on Blu-ray with an early release with no extras, then the more recent Skynet Edition. But I've heard on another board that there bringing out a "Premium Edition" in Japan meaning it will count the 3rd time T2 has been released on the Blu-ray format. Does anyone have any more detailed information on this release?

It's worse than this.
There was a Premium Edition last year. 11/20/09 will see the release of Premium Edition version 2.0. 2-Disc edition, steelbook in slipcase (http://www.cdjapan.co.jp/detailview.html?KEY=GNXF-1032). Includes special extended edition w/2 deleted scenes worked back in on Disc 1. Disc 2 is the theatrical. 24 page book plus plenty of special features spread across the two discs. By the way, that link has the price at over $80 in USD.
