Nice that they are starting in Asia, rather than ending there.

Yes, everyone in the ET and CT should pad accordingly since even those not scheduled for a 4:15 game will get JIP to a game at 7 pm ET. I'm simply recording Cold Case to pad.

I agree, I'm a big fan of the Asian destinations and it's good to mix it up rather than starting in South America or Europe 1st.

About a 15-minute overrun.

Keen observation by one of the gay brothers

"It's like roulette"

No shit, I bet that's why they named it Sushi Roulette

I thought I didn't like the initial elimination, but when it came down to a contest between the two douchiest teams, I was happy.

The team with Asperger's is awesome. The one guy's deadpan "Should we make out now?" had me rolling.

I love the fact that the poker players think they are going to use their feminine charms (so to speak) on the gay brothers.

Was glad that the Ms. America team made it through. She seems like a really good person. The team I will be rooting for though is Meghan. There are actually quite a few teams worth rooting for as well, including the father son tandem and Zevs.

I wish poker chicks had been eliminated, I think they got off easy.

The Miss America team seemed to yell at each other an awful lot, and that's making it hard for me to like them.

My favorites so far are Zev and Justin, the gay brothers, and the Globetrotters. The only ones I really dislike are the lawyer and his fiancee, although the poker players and the Country Music guy are teetering dangerously close to dislike territory for me.

There was such an uncontrollable element to that roulette challenge that I didn't like it sitting in front of an elimination so I'm glad that there wasn't one. Besides, I didn't figure they would three teams tonight. I'd rather that the random guy girl teams go early anyway. There are plenty of those on the race.

It sucks to be eliminated at the starting line, but I probably wouldn't have liked them anyway. Given the final two teams left I didn't think there was any suspense in who was going because of the edit. We didn't spend that much time with the other team.

I loved how Miss USA was going off on him during the roulette challenge saying she should have done it but she threw a fit when he said anything during the duck herding.

- Fuck you CBS. Good thing I caught it ontime and manually kicked off the recorder for the last 15 minutes
- Loved the Tokyo leg
- Tiffany is a bitch
- Think it was BS with the non-elimination leg in Tokyo
- Can't still Ms Universe 2004
- Didn't mind the last team getting eliminated. Hope Ms Universe is next
- Like the gay brothers, Globetrotters, and Mehgan

Anyone else remember Mika from her 2-episode appearance on "Nashville", some weird lame reality show on Fox a few years ago?

Decent premiere. Didn't care for the sushi roulette. I thought the segment went on too long.

Not sure which team I'm rooting for yet.

Loved the Japanese Gameshow.
Dissapointed the Yoga guys didn't make it.
Steroid boy is going to annoy me
Ericka I could have lived without.

Like the father son team - they are great
like the gay brothers
Happy the guy got eliminated, the girl seemed nice.

Re: The Amazing Race 15 -- Season Premiere -- "They Though Godzilla Was..." -- 9/27/0

Thought it was a really fun start to the new season.

If any time had to be eliminated before the race even started, I was glad Team Yoga got the boot.

Loved the Tokyo leg. For a very brief moment, I almost thought they hired Rome Kanda from I Survived a Japanese Gameshow for the Sushi Roulette.

I really like Meghan and Cheyne, the Globetrotters, and I thought the Father and Son were cool.

I don't know much about the World Series of Poker, but are the Poker chicks bitches on there? I mean Tiffany and Maria seemed harmless to me and didn't really display any cattiness. Maria is kinda cute.

And yes, during the Duck rounding challenge, I did notice Ericka's bright Yellow Whale Tail hanging out.
