I got mine yesterday and I'm very happy with it.I have the 4 disc and the 2 disc boxsets that I'm selling to offset the price of this one.I haven't compared sound between the two.I have heard that the Definitive Collection is a minor upgrade.Thanks bigjim!!

some people are claiming that they are sound-wise, but to my knowledge, there wasn't another remaster project done.

the one thing that this box set has that the complete studio recordings doesn't is the soundtrack for "song remains the same".

other than that, it's an obvious consumer gouge. if i didn't have the first set, id' have picked this up. mini-lps are always cool.
