What are some of the best sites you have played for real money that have hold'em tables. Best bonuses? I also need them to accept a Visa debit card that is issued in the USA. I've only done it once. I know a lot of the sites are iffy about debit card. Thanks in advance for any advice or stories. :)

Fri-Mon I was up about $500 playing $.50/$1 and $1/2 I peaked at $300 on Monday, but the last few games I played that night I gave back $30 to finish up $270 for the day. I had a bad feeling about those losses as I was running hot and barely losing at any point of the 4 day stretch. Carrying that bad feeling into last night, I was up $50 at one point to finish the night down about $150. My mood defintely had an effect and I didnt run into any bad beats just played dumb and had the feeling I was going to lose in the back of my mind but after running so hot assumed if I played I would automatically win, throwing me off the way I typically play, need to refocus for tonight when in reality I shouldnt even play tonight. Im in the mindframe I am running cold so that is what will happen

By these, do you mean the regular visa gift cards that you can buy at any generl store? Or are there specific ones?
