Deep Discount mailed me replacement dvds in May. They were defective and I asked for another replacement. Surprisingly they did and sent the RA letter. I dropped them off at the post office in July. I still haven't received a letter they received them, and no credit on my credit card. I emailed CS and they said they sent the replacement items in May. It's possible the post office could have lost it.

What will they do if returned items have not been received?

prolly nothing they can do if they never receive what you sent them. although it is rare, usps does lose stuff once in a while. so i suggest to always use delivery confirmation. and if the value of the item(s) is high, insurance is a good idea as well.

but hopefully they are just slow in receiving and/or processing your return. good luck :D

Thanks, I didn't know I could add dc. I thought there was a record kept since it was postage due unit.

Got an email saying their Returns Dept. haven't received it yet, and can take 4 weeks to process. Hopefully that is the case.
