best buy not accepting returns
i went to best buy to return a movie i bought and was told that their system was not allowing returns. They said it was nation wide. Anyone else have this happen to them?

that was yesterday...the system was down for and hour or two...its all back up and running...try it now...i know because I work at best buy in evanston, il

Probably figured that's one less customer they'll ever have to deal with trying to make legitimate returns. Take that, honest consumer!
