I saw Windtalkers, the large three-disc collector's set, "Project Runway": Season Two I believe, "Angels in America", Some Like it Hot, and quite a few other not-so-appealing offerings all at $7.99.

I'm curious as to the $7.99 price point. Was this a sale? I have a Office Depot with a selection of $9.99 movies--looks exactly like the display that has been at Kroger's for a long, long time. One time, this store had a buy 2, get 1 free sale banner on the display. That day, I actually bought 3 titles and when they didn't ring up at the B2G1 price, the associate had to manually take the free title off. As I was leaving, I noticed them taking the sale banner down. :D
From my experience at these office supply stores, they all seem to be "related"/connected in their displays, inventory, etc. I wonder if what was found at Staples was the same I'd expect to find at Office Depot/Office Max, etc.

Yeah, I picked up the Windtalkers three-disc a month or so ago... It was in a $7.99 cardboard display, completely different from the standard displays at Office Max, etc...

That's because McDonalds used to own Redbox before they sold it off.
