Xbox 360 charger (third party) on Woot.com

Two battery packs and induction charger are $20 shipped from Woot today. I picked it up last night, I figure $20 is a reasonable amount to spend for 2 more battery packs.

Thanks for the heads up. I am actually in the market for this, and the reviews for this particular brand are very good.

Why tie yourself to something that is limited to only one device? Why do this instead of something like the Costco Eneloop set? For a few dollars more, you can get twice as many AA rechargeable batteries + some AAA rechargeable batteries and a charger, and the batteries will work in anything that takes those sizes.

I normally use rechargable AA batteries for everything, but switching them out in the 360 cartridges is a royal PITA.

I only have 1 battery charger, and that's usually full of AAs for the plethora of guitars and drums around the house...so having this one for the 360 is gold for me - plus, I won't need to be tethered with the play n charge cord anymore.

The description for this particular charger indicates that you can set the full controller directly on it. So, when you're done, just put the controller in the cradle and it'll charge up until you're ready to play again.

Thanks picked it up. My Xbox branded batteries stopped holding a charge.

This question came up before here. Personally, I have a Nyko charging set and I like having one dedicated to the 360 controllers as I often find myself scrambling to find my rechargable batteries as I end up using them for other purposes and don't always have a set ready to go. I like the ease of having these dedicated to the 360 and easy to pop in.
