One Tree Hill, Blu 'Adventureland' and blu 'The Informers' (if I can find it at a B&M).
Thanks. I really want Smallville & One Tree Hill....but they always seem to drop to $20.00 quickly.
If you can wait then yes these drop down, but "one tree hill" usually takes a year or so. I'd expect the 'Smallville' blu-ray to be less than $20 by xmas tho.

Interested in getting One Tree Hill and Smallville. Will wait and see how much they are at Best Buy.
I'm going to wait until House drops in price. Love the show, but it's not something I need right now.

They price match at Best Buy with Walmart.com, so if they have it for less, print the page out and take it to Best Buy CS and they'll price match it for you. $27.86 at Wal-Mart

LOL, WTH were you expecting $19.99? Your not going to find it any cheaper than that. Maybe $1 less tops. Retail stores barely make a couple of bucks on new video games.

Last I checked it is 52.99 at Amazon for PS3/360 and it comes with an Exclusive Comic Book. On top of that the code 5OFFARKM should take $5.00 off.

I am assuming that also. I have been waiting for this new batch of 2-packs to go on sale. Learned my lesson from the first batch to not buy them until they are advertised on sale.

Uhh...isn't this fairly standard pricing on a new release game? Anyways the only thing I'll pick up this week maybe is Big Love Season 2. I'd like to get Batman: Arkham Asylum but might put it off for a while with school coming up and the fact that I'm getting The Beatles Mono set soon.

You can get the game on Tuesday morning from 10am-2pm at Toys R Us and get a free $30 gift card with purchase if you are a TRU Rewards member (which is free to join)....or, if you can't get there that morning, or don't want to sign up for their program, you can get a $20 gift card with purchase the rest of the week...
Chances are it will be one of their "limited time only" gift cards with an expiration date for the end of September or October, like the one they gave away with Wii Sports Resort last month, but still, $30 will get you a free DS game, or half off of another 360/PS3 game, or whatever else there....probably the best discount/deal/offer you will find on Batman:AA next week....

14.99 seems like a really good price on I Love Lucy S1/S2?
For instance, to get both on Amazon, you'd spend ~45.00 + tax/SH.

It seems neither Best Buy nor Target are getting the retailer-exclusive packaging on Smallville: Season 8. That's odd. :/

Best Buy does have the Smallville Season 8 exclusive metal packaging after all. The person reporting the prices elsewhere didn't feel like mentioning it I guess. I got the ad in the paper this morning and saw it for myself. Both DVD & Blu-ray have the packaging. DVD is $34.99, Blu is $49.99. I'm not sure which to get. :p

Damn! I should have waited to buy the "Get Smart - 2 Pack (Season 1 & 2)". I paid the regular $19.99. Still a good price but that's five dollars I could have put towards another DVD. LOL!

This is what I get for not reading these threads more carefully. I was in Target on Friday and was hoping they would put some of these two-packs on sale for 14.99. If I had read the thread I could have picked them up and PM'd.
Oh well, at least Target is good with rainchecks.

If you have the receipt, you could just buy at the new price and return on the old receipt. Kind of a pain (I know, I've done it more than a few times), but well worth five dollars IMO.

Unfortunately no, at least at the Target nearest me. One copy each early this morning. They finally had Season 1 and 2, but I didn't buy it because the cardboard slipcover was a little too bent up for my satisfaction. I can be finicky on these things, I know, but if it's not perfect, I'm not buying it. Wish they would have had at least half a dozen copies of each at the very least.
Also found one copy of some of the seasons of Golden Girls too. Don't know how Target can run a sale like this.

If you look closely at the Blu version, it appears to be a slipcover that's open on its left side.
