I put my order in last night despite it saying it was OUT OF STOCK and ON ORDER. I didn't think my Credit Card would be charged until the item was in stock and ready to ship but they already charged me! I am a little surprised, I've never really seen that before....

I think buy.com shares that bad habit with overstock.com of charging on order rather than shipment.
