You need to explain to your employer that the participants in this game mainly play from work. Thus, you need to use work time to run the game. Let them know that you are kind of an internet space pimp when it comes to these games. I am sure they will understand and let you run it without delay.

I have no internet at home for the next few days, so it looks like I'll be catching up on the action after the fact.
