Unless they have a time machine, no one could.
Edit to clarify:
Edit to clarify:
- Walmart rarely does printed ads.
- Even when they do, they never have all the new DVD release prices listed.
- Walmarts across the street from each other have different prices.
- Walmart will match their online prices, YMMV of course.

Target's ad indicated an exclusive lenticular cover for Watchman: Director's Cut; will check it out and confirm tomorrow

Fry's has Watchmen BD for $20.29 or $20.77 depending on what paper you get. Definitely pricematching it at BB.

I don't have a Fry's near me. Is there anyway I can pricematch Walmart's Watchmen price at Best Buy w/o an ad? I've got $10 rewards cash, so I'd really like to get it at BB.

Thanks for the tables, Trevor - they're fantastic!
How do you feel about adding Fry's to the list of stores? I understand that there's not a lot of them around, but they've been having some pretty good deals lately, and blowing stores like Best Buy out of the water. I think they'll be having Watchmen BD and Coarline BD for $20 each.

Watchmen director's cut is really cheaper than the normal cut at Walmart?!?
What's the catch? Walmart-exclusive fullscreen-only edition of the director's cut?

it won't be in-store most likely. the above table is usually just website only price unfortunately for WM. but you could do 'site-to-store' to get it.

Target is listing their version of "Coraline" as an exclusive with over 30 minutes of exclusive bonus content, including a new Henry Selick short film.
As for the Target exclusive for "Watchmen", is it a Target exclusive or is it the same as everyone else?

Of course, I still think we should include mentions of regional pricing, which people often bring up when Fry's or whoever has a good deal.
Bring a print out of the website, be very friendly, and politely insistent if refused initially. I'm 100% on getting price matched there by being very polite.

I looked in our system at my Walmart yesterday to see prices for Watchmen. Here's the breakdown (of course it's YMMV):
- Regular theatrical DVD $19.99
- Director's cut DVD $24.99
- Director's cut Blu-Ray $29.99

It was a huge hassle that took 30 minutes but I did finally get the Walmart assistant manager to pricematch their website, so about $40 total for Coraline and Watchmen on Blu-Ray (they were $30 each in store). Thanks for the advice and the thread Trevor!

Sounds like you were able to either raise enough of a fit to get it done or you got a manager that didn't know what they were doing.
