Anyone have Arthur C. Clarke's Mysterious World - The Complete Series (R2)?
I was wondering if anyone here had the set and could comment on the presentation? I have not been able to find any reviews online. Also, any recommendations on where to purchase would be appreciated?
Thanks.
Thanks.

I have this. I used to watch it on the Discovery Channel in the late 80s/early 90s. It looks about as good as a made for TV shot on (probably 16mm) film late 70s/early 80s UK production that hasn't been remastered would be expected to look.
I bought it at Amazon UK and got it for about $15 US shipped. It's very enjoyable, especially if you're a fan of things like In Search Of.., the OLD Ripley's Believe it or Not (with Jack palance), etc

Thanks for the info, Lastdaysofrain. I was not expecting much, but wanted to make sure it was acceptable. I am definately into shows from that era like In Search Of... Too bad that one is not available on DVD.
Thanks again, I look forward to checking this out.

I wish they'd release the other two Arthu C. Clarke series. I really enjoyed re-watching Mysterious World. Generally Network DVD puts out pretty great editions of stuff in the UK.
