I was using Bodog forever, on my last deposit I had a $10 international and a 3% money transfer fee show up on my credit card. Are there any sites that let you deposit via checking or credit card without these fees that give you a deposit bonus? Bodog has 3rd party sites that let you buy phone cards or whatever and load that money onto their account, dont really want to deal with this and Im guessing there are fees associated with them.
