Anyone have trouble recieving them? Anyone redeemed those code by noting was delivered?

Its the same kind of redemption thing as the $10 cash card from the 2-disc set of Confession of a Shopaholic..

I saw the confessions of a shopaholic one. It's a fulfillment offer. You have to contact the fulfillment house you used when redeeming it.
