Never played before? Here's some praise for the game:

"These things are the most fun way to waste time at work since GemCraft." - maxfisher

"This is the most stirring display of gallantry and sportsmanship since Mountbatten gave India back to the Punjabs." - wishbone

"These have been really fun." - Tracer Bullet

"Bus, I know it has been said before, but you really do a great job with these threads." - orangecrush18

<ul>Rules<br>
<li> The object of the game is to out-think everyone by picking answers to questions that are the most common (<FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #F9DF00">Sheep</font>) or least common (<FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #A3D867">Reverse Sheep</font>), but still correct.
<li> Example <FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #F9DF00">Sheep</font> question: "Name a movie starring Sacha Baron Cohen." A good answer would be Borat and a bad answer might be Spyz.
<li> Example <FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #A3D867">Reverse Sheep</font> question: "Name a movie with killer robots on Earth". Transformers might be a bad answer, but The Stepford Wives might be a good answer. (Unless everyone is trying to go as obscure as possible).
<li> Sheep scores are tallied as negative numbers. Reverse Sheep scores are tallied as positive numbers. The lowest score wins.
<li> The answers to each question are tallied up. Wrong answers in Reverse Sheep are scored two points above the most common answer. This penalty is multiplied by the Lightning Round Multiplier. Wrong answers in Sheep are not penalized.
<li> Certain rounds are considered Lightning Rounds (designated by a multiplier, such as <b>×2</b>). In these rounds, scores are adjusted by the <u>number on the multiplier</u>. A wrong answer still gets a +4 penalty in a x2 round and a +6 penalty in a x3 round. In a sheep round, a wrong answer scores normally.
<li> You may not cheat by using Google, Wikipedia, IMDB, etc. Use only what's in your head. <b>NEW!</b> A few questions (<b>√</b>) contain links to resources which you may check to answer that question.
<li> Please send in your answers to me via PM. Place only one answer per line, without numbers or the question itself. Those who do not do this will be penalized 7 points right off the bat.
<li> For your convenience, <a href="http://www.fantasticdamage.com/blog/MoviesR2.xls">I've made an Excel file</a> where you can prepare your answers. When finished, just select the column of answers and send that in as text via PM. Don't email me the Excel file, that would be silly. (<a href="http://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=r2kCQ9TN_clqrmlPKxlrQ0Q">Google version here</a>).
<li> Note: Unless specifically mentioned in the question, all film/movie answers have to be theatrically released films, not straight-to-DVD releases, TV films, promotional films, TV episodes, etc. Foreign films are always OK as long as they fit the question.
<li> Sheep questions are marked by an <FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #F9DF00">S:</font>, Reverse Sheep questions are marked by an <FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #A3D867">R:</font>.
<li> You have until at least Monday, June 29, at 8:00AM EDT to send in answers. The game will begin sometime that week.

For questions 1, 5, 8, 8, 14, ,15, 16, 18, 26, and 30, go as obvious as possible.
For the rest, try to pick an answer that others won't have.

A special thank you to all of you who contributed questions I've slightly modified here. You have at least until Monday, June 29, at 8:00AM EDT to send in answers. The game will begin sometime that week.

Good luck!

Multipliers that big basically render a number of the questions meaningless, especially when there are so few possible answers for the high-multiplier questions. A reverse sheep question that has many possible answers and no multiplier is going to get someone maybe four or five points max, which is still less than a one-person difference for the last question.

Bus, for #21, must the third word be a word that would be capitalized when adhering to conventions of the English language? You say it must begin with "W"; you don't say it can begin with "W" or "w".

It can begin with a "w" or a "W" — the letter is important, not the capitalization.

Ghost in the Shell: Mordred

GHOST IN THE SHELL (1995) doesn't have any ghosts in it. At least, not the traditional kind. The main characters are cyborgs--humans with mostly cybernetic bodies. There is a computer-created entity that enters a shell (manufactured human body) and that's what the "ghost" in the title refers to. But it's not a ghost as anybody would define one and it's not the protagonist.

Sorry to nitpick, but it's a great animated movie and I don't want people to get the wrong perception of it.

Let's say the question is, "Name a movie where everyone always wears a hat" and someone answers "The Hat People"

Someone challenges the question. Now you need 4 people to support the challenge. If no one supports it, then the question is right after two rounds.

If four other people say it is correct, even if 20 people later say it's a wrong answer, it's right. It is slightly harder to overturn an answer than to keep it as correct.

Obviously, anything that can be proved wrong via IMDB, etc. is wrong w/o voting.

Ok, just saying that "first side to 5" sounds like it would mean you need 5 people to support your answer just as you need 5 people to disagree with it. I guess silence equates to a approval :p

No to 13 Ghosts and Empire, but yes to Ghost Town. I would consider Kinnear a protagonist in that, maybe not the 'main' protagonist but his story pushed the whole movie forward and he was in it enough for me to consider him as such.

Funny thing is, I had Ghost Town written the whole time but wasn't sure he was enough of a protagonist to risk it, so I changed it last minute :).

Well, let's make it first-to-five or when the second round's scores are posted.

That would make Ghost Town a wrong answer, but I won't mark it wrong retroactively.

The Major (in Ghost in the Shell) is CLEARLY the protagonist. When her body is destroyed, her "ghost" (albeit not in the traditional sense) is moving between bodies. It counts and you people are wrong. :( Nothing in the question said that ghost had to refer to an undead spirit returning from the dead. I put a ton of thought into this answer and can't believe you guys are arguing it.

The wiki link is right except that Home on the Range was the last 'classic' since the rest are 3D.

It was made by the Disney Toon Studios (aka the television division).

From Wikipedia
Although based upon a Disney TV series, production on A Goofy Movie was handled by Walt Disney Feature Animation instead of Walt Disney Television Animation. Pre-production was done at the main WDFA studio in California. The animation work was done at WDFA's then-new satellite shop (formerly the Brizzi studio) in Paris, France supervised by Paul and Gaëtan Brizzi, as well as at the Walt Disney Animation studio in Sydney, Australia (later DisneyToon Studios). Additional clean-up animation was done by Phoenix Animation Studios in Canada, and digital ink and paint by the Pixibox studio in France.

Looks like the feature department made the movie.
