Actually some really good deals here for me. Just watch-out for if you are trying to do multiple B2G1 in one order because they always take the lowest items as your FREE. So, if you had 3 of $3 DVDs and 3 of $10 DVDs, you will only get $6 off your order.............anyhow thanks!!

Do the used DVDs usually come complete and in good condition ala Secondspin? I've never ordered off of FYE's website.

I wouldn't give them as high a rating as SecondSpin, but in general, they are okay. For CDs, you sometimes get promotional copies (with holes punched in them) but DVDs have for the most part been okay.

I believe they come from the same warehouse, so the condition is the same. Their customer service is not as good in my experience though.

This is a first where they actually done the right thing. I placed an order for these 3 and 1 was out of stock.

They cancelled the out of stock & still left the coupon making it a B1G1Free. I'm shocked but in my opinion that's the way it ought to be since they don't have a cancel the whole order option if one is out of stock. This happened once before 2 me but they took the coupon off and I was billed the Buy 2 with no free price.
