he-man full series set coming from mill creek

mill creek picked up the rights to he-man and is putting out a full series set on sept 29, it will be on 4 discs priced at a 24.98 list. might not be as nice as the bci releases, but alot cheaper.

That set at Amazon is listed as 960 minutes, which doesn't seem near the length of the full series. It must be the newer version.

I see they are also releasing something called: "He-Man and the Masters of the Universe: Origins"

Do you know which series this one is? The original or the 2000 one? I'm a little cautious about Mill Creek, specially thinking on how they are going to fit all those episodes in 4 discs. They are most likely to sacrifice quality and extras for this release.

Neat-O! But I sure am glad I pick up the BCI releases when I did. I dint realize they were now OOP. What got me to buy them was the limited edition Best Buy exclusive box with the continuation of the mural. When I saw that I new I couldn't miss out.

I see, so I take it the "origins" set is just the first disc, like they are doing with the D&D set they picked up?
