Garrity's scenes are pretty much the highlights of the show every week anymore. His dream and then the smile on his face were great.

Thats for sure. And I thought the ride afterwards was hysterical as well.
wasnt this episode just called "Mickey"? I thought all the Episodes had one word titles, like Smallville.

I thought the same thing initially, and then when I relaized it wasn't Gina, she still looked real familiar. It is Tawny Cypress, and she was on teh short lived K-Ville, and Heroes as Simone Deveaux. She was the daughter of the guy that Peter was the Nurse for in the first season.

I don't know why exactly, but it seems like this season's episodes are just flying by. Seems like I start watching and before I know it, the screen pops up saying stay tuned for scenes from the next episode.
It's great when a show gets so far and the actors get so comfortable with their characters that's it's almost like watching real people instead of actors playing rolls.

Regarding this episode -- the following two exchanges were hilarious:
Mike: "Ain't nobody touching my ass."
Franco: "...anymore"
And the scene where the chief interrupts Tommy/Janet to get him to come along for one of their "fire-thingies"
