Just giving you the heads up, was browsing around Walmart.com and found the Batman Begins Limited Edition Boxset on blu-ray for $14.32 (http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=9904004).
The price of the regular BD in Amazon is $17.99 and this boxset $32.49. My total came to $15.50 because of tax, and I opted for the 'site-to-store' option, which is free.

price-matches are almost always ymmv, even when they are 100% legit. that said, i dont think bestbuy matches online prices. besides, the item is oos.

i just came home from price matching at best buy and they gave me no hastle (as usual)
i know that Best Buys in other areas always give people a hard time when price matching but the one near me has never turned down a price match shout out to Best Buy Sherman Oaks....
P.S. i dont know how people feel about this but i saved the print out that doesnt have the "out of stck" messege if anyone wants it PM me with your email and ill send it to you so you can try to Price Match at Best Buy

No Luck at 2 Best Buys..............they checked Wal-Mart's site and it doesn't even come up in the search for Batman Begins.
The cashier was willing to do it, but had to call a manager to price match and the guy said NO WAY. :(

just a heads up i got 5 people requesting adscans and they have all been sent out BUT just to let everyone know im keeping an eye out on the 14.32 deal so as soon as the price goes up i will stop sending out the scans ... no matter if its a dollar more or a cent more i wont send them out. I just looked at the website and its still $14.32 so i can still send them out

I realize the link is clickable, but when I went to Best Buy last night they searched Wal-Mart.com and it did not come up via the search.
The manager that helped me I knew and he is nice, but he said it wasn't even coming up in the seacrh and he let me look for it myself. He said if it came up via the seacrh then he would have given it to me, but since it didn't he said it was probably pulled from the site do to the INCREDIBLE price.
I did not have the URL or link in front of me, so no dice.

It's not my style to insist that Best Buy honor an expired price, it's bad karma in my opinion. So, I missed out on a great deal, but patience is a virtue, and I have plenty of time to wait. I'm sure this will end up in the $5 bin at Walmart in a few years! -wink-

DAMN! thanks for pointing that out doctaheath. You're right... I didn't notice because the standard packaging is almost (or is) identical to that of the Blu-ray edition. But, yup the Blu-ray deluxe is no longer showing up on a search of the site. Oh well.

I received my package with no problem on the 18th...sorry to hear that the item is no longer available, I'm assuming that they wanted to get rid of all those editions and just keep the regular.
Remember that the item is 9904004, and even when you look it up on the search tab at Walmart.com, you can click on any other item, delete that number and put the one above, that way you'll find the blu-ray page for the item.
