It might be broken, or possibly off. Might be in part due to the DB issues, which should be resolved during tomorrow's scheduled downtime. It seemed to not work for me, then it worked. So it may require a few tries?

not really.
a search that used to take a couple seconds now takes almost 20 seconds.
not a huge deal, but it seems like a new thing.

Search was getting progressively worse, so we made a change that should speed it up. I just did a number of searches and can't get any to take over a second. What terms are you searching for?
