Sub woofer set up help

on my reciever model jvc rx 6000. There is only 1 subwoofer out connection. while on the sub there are 2 inputs a red and white rca cable connection. What do i do.

DVD Talk Ultimate Edition
You may not need a Y-adapter....... You should look in your manual about connecting it. If your sub-woofer has one of the RCA inputs highlighted or marked in some way then you can just plug the cable in there. (it might say MONO) Therefore you do not need a Y adapter....
