I received 3 different first seasons from Amazon and all of them were damaged with smashed corners and lots and lots of wear. I even bought one from someone on here and it was damaged the same way. Now I got two different second seasons and they both had that same damage so my question is should I just give up trying to find mint ones? Are they all damaged?

You could try writing the company that makes the dvds and asking them if they could send you new boxes. I've had great luck like this for various Disney slipcovers and the lenticular cover for A Night At The Museum. I wrote Fox and Disney and they just sent me the covers for free. It might work for you.
