Hastings: Buy 1 get 1 used for $1.00
At our local hastings, they have all used movies for buy 1 used or former rental, get another for $1.00
It appears to apply to box sets as well.
Most single "newer" used movies are $9.99-$10.49 regularly priced so it ends up being $5.50-$6.00 per movie.
Not the hottest deal in the world, but better than the usual blockbuster video special. I bought about 8 movies yesterday and they all look like new inside the case.

for some reason, the Hastings in my town (Fort Smith, AR) always ONLY has the buy 2 clearance rentals, get 1 for $1.00.
i go up 45 mins north to Fayetteville and they have the Buy 1 get 1 deal, PLUS a better more indie-focused selection.
bum-out.

Buy 2 get 3rd for $1 at Ames IA Hastings and as usual applies to DVD used and ex-rentals. Blu-ray not included.

my local hastings has the same sale, but it says on the sign that it doesn't apply to blu rays. did the checkout clerk say anything about it, or did you have to argue about it OP?

The Hastings here has been running the B1G1 for a $1 for a month now. The signs are specific though, and mention DVD. Blu-Ray not included.

A decent bump, so I apologize but the Hastings in Amarillo, TX has dvds (no BD) for Buy 1 get 1 for $1. Not that bad with stuff like the Wrestler for $10 and Frost/Nixon for $8 before discount. The ad states that the sale is Buy 2 get 1 for $1, but that's not the case. YMMV though.
