where to get HD-DVD replacement covers?

I sent in a bunch of my HD-DVDs to Warner for their blu replacement program but now I have a handful of cases with no covers. Is there any source online to get decent scans of HD covers? Thanks!

Not sure if he has any regular covers as well, but our own BunnyDojo has a nice collection of excellent Custom HD-DVD Covers (http://bunnydojo.com/HD/) online. Free to download and they look great!

Got a few on that site and a few on a site he linked to--so that helps a lot!

However theres still a handful I couldnt find:

Casablanca
Kiss Kiss Bang Bang
Pan's Labyrinth
Scanner Darkly, A
Tim Burton's Corpse Bride
V for Vendetta (didnt like the versions they had)
2001: A Space Odyssey: Special Edition

If anyone has any more resources (or if any kind soul is willing to scan/send them) let me know! Thank you a bajillion! :)
