I live in New Mexico, and have been playing online poker on Full Tilt for real money. I've got up a decent bankroll from where i started and was wondering if I would encounter any problems trying to withdraw my winnings? I'm not sure of the legalities of the whole thing.

sort of a grey area. you shouldn't have any issues withdrawing money, though.

Yes.

you can deposit with e-checks or a debit card

can withdraw via paper check (can't remember if they're withdrawing via e-checks now, the situation changes often and I haven't played on full tilt in months)

Do the laws vary state-to-state? I personally don't play online for money (too easy to get addicted) but am curious what today's rules and regs are.
