Of those two, I definitely have to go with Ghostbusters, by a mile.
It sucks that Airplane! got eliminated, but at least Vacation did too.

I used to hold Ghostbusters in high regard until I rewatched it last year. It had been quite some time since I had last revisited it, and I was disappointed at how little entertainment value I really found in it. I would easily have voted for the memory of Ghostbusters, but that wasn't the poll choice.
Office Space continues to hold up for me, though. Whether it will still entertain me next year remains to be seen, but for right now I find it very reliable.

I love Office Space, because you never truly appreciate what a gem of a movie it is until you work in an office. However, Ghostbusters was and is probably the best combination of comedy and sci-fi ever. I'd have to say Ghostbusters wins purely on the fact that it holds up over time.
