Cool idea, but I checked a few movies at random and they tell you to pee during some cool scenes. For instance, In Die Hard when McClane is shooting and tossing a dead body out the window to get Carl Winslow's attention. Also, in the new Star Trek, they tell you to pee during the space dive free-fall scene...that was badass!

this is actually a cool concept for a website. 
i also try to pee before any movie i see and try not to get a big drink, but sometimes stuff just happens.
