So I tried to log-in to my account today and get the following message:
"Your account is inactive. Contact Customer Service"
Any idea why it went inactive? I have had it for 2+ years, my last purchase was early this year, and I responded to my director's selection last week.
Anyone get a similar message? Also, I am sure its in here somewhere, but what is the best number to reach customer service? Thanks.
